Abstract

The family is the first cell in society and its foundation. Rather, laws are enacted and enacted that regulate relations within society, and as a result they have developed in various fields, and continue on the resources of invasion, and encourage the development of the giants of human rights that from beneath emerge every individual or family in society, and the close interrelation between all human rights; It is not possible to dispense with the right to dispense with these rights or to divide them, and the article problem revolves around whether they are only compulsory enough to provide for the individual and the family, and the view of their enjoyment and the enjoyment of humans, and their right to own property, and to deposit on an independent real estate unit, and other such rights, and among the questions that we asked in this article, Has national legislation kept pace with international declarations and conventions by having sufficient national laws to protect the family from loss, displacement, and deprivation? Are the legal rules regarding the family and its right to property, especially real estate, stipulated in the Constitution or not? We followed the analytical approach to legal texts. To reach the most prominent results of the article, including: Real estate registration deeds, records, and certified copies are considered proof against all people for what is recorded in them, unless they are challenged by forgery.
