After former US president Donald Tramp assumed power in the United States of America in 2017, he had the first decision he took was to affirm that American interests govern any US policy, and the other decision was that his country would increase its presence in Iraq and the region, with more exposure and influence in Iraq and regional policies and relations. Then came the Joe(Biden) administration in 2021, to find itself in trouble with its forces from Iraq, in a circumstance that its resorted to dealing with Iraq, as pressure rose on the administration to increase its dependence on allies to increase its influence in Iraq.
