Abstract

The international security environment has witnessed many strategic changes, as several tools and actors have been employed by Western countries in their modern wars, including intelligence agencies, which are among the most important tools used by countries to achieve several goals Including political and military ones, Western countries also employed intelligence agencies in the Russian-Ukrainian war, to achieve a set of goals, including security, political and economic ones, in addition to monitoring the developments of the events of that war.
