The judicial authority plays an effective role in maintaining the contractual balance, especially in consumption contracts, and this role consists in using advanced subjectivity to protect the weak parties in contractual relations under legal provisions that gave the authority the powers to amend the content of the contract in normal or exceptional circumstances whenever it is arbitrary towards one of the parties to the contractual relationship by applying the rules of contractual Justice, which are an alternative to the legal rules to achieve the contractual balance.
