The Effectiveness of Tax Tools in Achieving A Clean Environment Iraq is A Model

Abstract

The Iraqi constitution of 2005 affirmed the right to live in a
healthy environment and ensured its protection and preservation, and
many legislations were issued that addressed this issue, and from this
point of view, in addition to the mechanisms and measures provided
for by the aforementioned legislations, we will address this issue
through the possibility of resorting to tax legislation (environmental
tax and its most important incentives) As one of the measures and
means adopted by many countries in order to preserve environmental
safety, we will try to show the extent of its effectiveness and its place
in relation to other measures, and the research has concluded a
number of conclusions and recommendations.
