Islamic thought and its impact on the sound civilizational upbringing, an intentional study

Abstract

The sound civilizational construction according to the perspective of
Islamic Sharia is based on solid foundations and solid ingredients that must be
met. They serve as real guarantees to consolidate the concept of sound
civilizational construction, which all societies, with their different beliefs and
systems, aspire to achieve. And Muslims have been endowed by God with this
glorious Sharia, which, with its solid foundations and sound rules, transcends
all other divine and man-made laws. In order to shed light on this vital topic,
the two researchers decided to develop a plan to study this topic and as follows:
The first topic: the foundations of a sound civilizational construction according
to the perspective of Islamic law, and the second topic: the elements of a sound
civilizational building in Islamic jurisprudence.
