Legal responsibility for raising the level of education in Iraq Focusing on the examination hall - Comparative study

Abstract

The work of the exam room director is faithful and responsible. The restrictions considered inside the hall are necessary to ensure the measurement of a scientific level, commensurate with the goal that has been drawn for each stage of education, especially in elementary studies.
Despite the existence of multiple means that have intervened to exacerbate the violations of the examination halls, including: technological development and means of communication, including those related to the abnormal growth of some social and political aspects, all of these factors combined to weaken control of the exam room.
Therefore, the means of controlling the examination room must be upgraded, and this is only achieved when we return the practice of cheating to its low place and view it as an unacceptable phenomenon by society which is the responsibility of everyone. With this culture, the morals, values and rules of law regulating human behavior triumph, then souls rise. The scientific process is victorious to be a base for creating building cadres, and the university takes its educational role. However, we do not fly out of its existence, as it is an unnatural condition that exists in all societies, and therefore it must be dealt with as a unacceptable situation, but not despairing in the sense that it is not given more than its size.
