It spreads quickly in most countries. Epidemics and diseases are among the environmental challenges that humans face, so protection and prevention are necessary, and this is what is called the right to public health. Every individual has the right to the highest level of physical and mental health. This is what international human rights rules have approved, as well as the constitutions and internal legislation of states. Several agreements and treaties were concluded at the international level that included guarantees for the protection of the human right to health and the integrity of his body and mind. Exceptional measures were taken and decisions in many countries, but to different degrees, depending on the economic potential and the health and scientific development.
