Provisions for the prevention of epidemic diseases In Islamic jurisprudence

Abstract

Due to the high importance of explaining the jurisprudential rulings in preventive measures and procedures from epidemic diseases, especially the current circumstance that we are going through from the outbreak of the dangerous epidemic disease (Corona). And in order to use the jurisprudential heritage, the means and procedures it contains, we believe that it is one of the wisest and safest measures for preserving society and getting rid of this dangerous epidemic, which has spread as wildfire in all countries of the world without exception. It spreads in a few hours, reaping hundreds of thousands on its way. Man is vulnerable to infection with the infectious disease for many reasons. This is what prompted us to study a systematic scientific and rooted in all its aspects related to it in terms of its definition. The causes of the spread of diseases, the means that help to confront it, the legal rulings that result from it and related to the infected one, and its contacts.This will lead to stand on the most important causes of prevention, and the preventive measures that the wise street legislated to get rid of these dangerous diseases, especially that the nation has gone through such epidemics and was able to get rid of them by wise measures. It is no secret that such issues require concerted efforts at the level of jurisprudence councils and scientific bodies to combine opinions and points of view in order to come up with a clear Islamic vision to be called for acceptance, application and reassurance.
