The basic duty of public institutions is to coordinate the work of individuals and their activities in an organized and transparent manner, in a way that leads to their protection from sudden fluctuations and risks and from abuse due to abuse of power. Therefore, we will talk about the importance of institutional reform of these institutions, its obstacles and steps, and the economic and social challenges that Iraq faces, especially with the spread of the Corona epidemic, represented by the problems of poverty and unemployment, and what are the reform measures taken to confront them in line with the public order.
