Abstract

The topic of respect for public order is an important topic, which has many aspects, especially in this dangerous circumstance that the world is now living in the shadow of the Corona pandemic, and everyone must deal with this circumstance positively by preserving others and not harming them, and by diverging and taking Precautionary controls and procedures, as there is neither harm nor harm.
Islam taught us the system in worship, transactions, social etiquette, economic and political systems, and even in all walks of life. Islam made everything a system even to food, a third for his food, a third for his drink, and a third for himself, but in buying and selling, he was organized by Islam and stipulated in the sale of mutual consent And selling by choice unless they are separated, and the person has many duties in times of pandemics and pandemics, including: patience and calculating the reward for God Almighty.
This research aims to determine the reality of the relationship between the idea of public order and the Corona pandemic from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and this necessitates the beginning of establishing the idea of public order in Islamic law and jurisprudence, and limiting the freedom of each individual so that this freedom does not conflict with the prevailing public order in society, especially Under the Corona pandemic.
