The Corona pandemic posed a serious threat to people's lives and health, which prompted various countries to take preventive and precautionary measures to combat it.They did so in order to protect public health, which forms an integral part of the general directive system, which includes security, health and tranquility. This led to restrictions in the practice of some of the rights and freedoms reserved for everyone, in order to preserve the public health order. In contrast, there was a decline in the protection of workers in light of this pandemic, and those who witnessed a diminution of their rights preserved under labor laws. And the security and economy of the nation, while preserving the public health system and the measures taken to achieve this goal, is a binding matter that citizens cannot bypass or violate under pain of taking appropriate measures against violators.
